STUDENTS

  • Start Preparation Early:

    Start your preparation as early as possible. Exams require hard work, so plan your routine accordingly and take sufficient time out for studying.

  • Know Your Strength and Weakness:

    You need to improve on your strengths and cut down on your weakness.

  • Night/ Early Morning Study:

    Study in the night/ early morning, because in that time anyone will not disturb you. But keep in mind, an hour of early morning focussed study is equivalent to a two-hour late-night study.

  • Know About Important Chapters:

    Check out the syllabus and make a list of important chapters. Give some extra time to important chapters.

  • Make Short Notes:

    Make short notes of all chapters’/ topics. In short notes, include the formulae and short description of each chapter and describe the topics in flow-charts and diagrams format to help remember better.

  • Weekly Revision:

    At least one time revision of is necessary every week. It is helpful to revises the previous studied topics/ chapters.

  • Don’t Cram:

    You don’t try to cram any topic, rather put in time and effort to understand each topic. Focus on the basics and then build up the concepts around the fundamentals.

  • Practice:

    Practice makes a man perfect, so PRACTISE, PRACTISE PRACTISE.

  • Use Previous Year Papers:

    Previous year question papers are helpful in understanding the kind of questions that are asked in the exam along with the examination pattern.

  • Solve Model Test Papers:

    Solving Model Test Paper is the best way to examine yourself. It also helps you increase the speed and accuracy.

  • Speed and Accuracy:

    Speed and Accuracy are the important part of examinations. So you must improve them by solving various types of papers, like Previous 10 years Exam Papers, Model Test Papers etc. You can also give various Online Mock Tests offered free by various websites.

  • Last day of Exam:

    On the last day of exam, study the short notes and don’t read any new topics.

  • Time before the Exam:

    Never try to read anything just before the exam time. You close the books at least one hour before the exams and feel relaxed, cool and tension free.

  • During Exam Time:

    Before entering the Examination hall you must checkout all things that are required in the exam (Like Pen, Pencil, Eraser, Sharpener, Sketch Pens etc.)

  • Answer of Numerical Question:

    In numerical questions write the final answer separately in the next line and mark it (in subjects like Math, Physics, Accounts etc.)

  • The Answer Sheet should be Neat & Clean:

    The answer sheet should be neat & clean. If the examiner does not understand your answer to any question then, he/ she would simply give you a ZERO for that answer, even if it’s correct.

  • Check the Answer Sheet:

    Check the answer sheet again before leaving the examination hall. Because if the Answer sheet is not filled properly then it will be rejected.

  • After Completion of Exam Paper:

    After completion of the exam check out any mistakes, if there are, and try to remove those mistake in the next exam.
